Who is Executive House for?
Every member is a VP or SVP at a mid-market or enterprise company, identified by their CHRO as someone the company wants to keep and promotes. Real operators only — no consultants, no service providers, no founders looking for a peer group. Each city is capped at 100 members. One new cohort per year. The cap never rises — only the bar does.
